Bay FC approached Tullos Design Co. about creating an event logo for The Show, a one-of-a-kind match against the Washington Spirit at Oracle Park, home of the San Francsico Giants. Marketed as more than a soccer game, the event featured limited-edition merchandise, concerts, tailgates, Bay Area sports legends, and fan experiences that transformed the day into a celebration of women's soccer and Bay Area culture. At the time, The Show set the NWSL single-game attendance record and proved women's soccer could draw blockbuster crowds in a major-league venue, helping fuel investment in larger events and the league's continued growth. Although Denver Summit FC's The Kickoff (which TDC also designed the logo for) later surpassed its attendance record, The Show remains a pivotal milestone in the NWSL's rise and demonstrated the league's growing mainstream appeal.
